TERMS OF USE - RENEWSKIN DBA TAUTUSA REWARDS PROGRAM

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING TAUT® REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED.
PARTICIPANTS :
Definition: Any individual who opens a TautUSA Reward account is a participant of the program.
This program is intended to reward our loyal customers and legitimate individuals who make purchases on a regular basis at the TautUSA Shopping website.
RenewSkin Inc dba TautUSA reserves the right to amend, change or terminate the reward program at any time, without participants' consent or prior notification.
It is the participant's responsibility to check and manage his/her points and/or check email notices from RenewSkin Inc. regarding reward feature updates.
It is the participant's responsibility to redeem his/her reward points before expiration. RenewSkin Inc. is not responsible to remind the participant regarding his/her points redemption.
This program is not intended for individuals to create multiple user accounts and/or user names and/or user email addresses which are controlled, managed and/or benefited by the same individual who has the same legal name, billing and shipping address.
RenewSkin Inc dba TautUSA reserve the right to terminate Rewards Points account of any individual deemed by RenewSkin Inc. to have violated or attempted to violate this or any other condition of the Rewards Points program. In the event of such termination by RenewSkin Inc., all points accumulated by the account holder shall be forfeited.
This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, any person under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use My RenewSkin Store Rewards under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.
TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the Taut Rewards program which is operated by RenewSkin Incorporated, or its subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, “RenewSkin”). These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with RenewSkin for products, services or otherwise. RenewSkin Inc dba TautUSA reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate Taut Rewards and/or these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to Taut Rewards at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.renewalliance.com. An email notification will be sent to the email address on file for registered members to notify registered members of such changes, but that does not imply that RenewSkin Inc requires the permission or acceptance of any participants to make such changes or modifications.
Your participation in Taut® Rewards confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to RenewSkin Inc Taut® Rewards.
