Complaints related to customized or personalized products and gift cards are not eligible for resolution.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In the event your shipment arrived damaged or you received defective items:
Email us at hello@renewalliance.com as soon as possible, providing your order number, name, and email address along with details of the damage (date received, extent of damage).
Include photos of the damaged item(s), along with photos of the damaged box and the shipping label, as proof of damage is required.
We will reply to you by email or phone to arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Cancellation Policy:

Returns will only be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase or issued as an online gift card, based on your preference.
